The most delicious teaser you'll ever see...

There are few times when you know that you've succeeded in your photography career...

  • Your first gushing email of thanks from a happy bride and groom.
  • When you get published in a magazine (*cough cough* Japanese Vogue)
  • When you see one of your photos enlarged, framed and matted, on someone else's wall.
  • And the first time you see one of your photos on a cake...

This is a photo from Gayle and Aaron's engagement shoot, which I haven't blogged yet (and they're already married BAD BLOGGER!), but consider this the teaser, I guess! The delicious, delicious teaser.

Disneyland Engagement Pictures

Right before the skies opened up and rained down upon us with freezing cold wetness, I headed over to Disneyland to take engagement pictures of Ragani and Will. They are having an "Old Hollywood" themed wedding so we took a lot of pictures in the "Hollywood" section of California Adventure.

If you can't tell from the photos, these guys were a fun and silly couple and I had a good time running all over the park with them.

Nate's proposal

The following photos are from the most nerve wracking photo shoots of my life!

My friend Nate asked me to take photos of his proposal to his girlfriend, Jenny. But I had to look like I wasn't taking pictures of them so as to not alert her to the fact that anything was up. I was nervous and shaking the whole time because I was so worried that I'd mess it up! And after it was over, I felt like I had been through a war! But even with all that, I'm really really happy with how they turned out...
